Service manager was fantastic!
Needed a oil change for our Lexus and the nearest Lexus dealership is 1.5 hours away in Colorado. As all Lexus share the same powertrain as Toyota we had them serviced our Lexus. Toyota of Laramie did a great job and the prices were very reasonable. The service adviser was kind and welcoming. They didn't pressure us to buy other unnecessary service. Our Prius had a weird noise coming from engine, so we had it towed to this service center to get it diagnosed. Unfortunately our car engine is done and can't be fixed, the service was excellent. The staff drove me, my wife, my baby, dog, and 2 cats to our motel.
Took my Elanta on a camping trip and had dash issues. Received excellent custom service from Zack who helped me fix the issue. Thank you so much you saved me a ton of headache!
