Second routine service call. Excellent care!
No need to schedule appointments when nearly every time I do they still take 2-3 hours to get truck up the rack. Prices have increased 3 times in 2 years while other Toyota dealerships in a 2 hour radius have remained the same with exception of one who only raised price by $5. I’ve dealt with the oil fill cap left off after one oil change and the undercarriage protecting the underside on the TRD off-road, having to be tightened after dragging after not being secured in place after another oil change.
