In for oil & tranny fluid exchange 6/4/24. Told radiator was weeping & shown photo . Plastic cover over radiator was removed and replaced with damaged and faulty fastener. 3 rd time in 10 years my car has been damaged by service team.
For a dealership you'd think the quality of work would at least match factory spec but it doesn't. To preface, I do my own maintenance on my vehicle and have 2 relatives that work at other Toyota dealerships and live with a family that owns 5 Toyota vehicles, so I am aware of how work should be done on my vehicle. I would have done this myself but I do not have the time or all the tools needed presently, so I went to the dealership for maintenance.
