I don’t know how much Toyota is paying Gregory (our service advisor), but they need to double it. Every time I bring my car in for service, I hope he is working. He is extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. If any of the managers read this, be aware that Gregory is a major asset to your dealership.
Took 4 hours with an appointment. Take your car somewhere else. Reply to owner: After being told we had 45 minutes left of our service we waited an additional hour for our service to be completed. I get a text message that I can check the status of my repair AFTER my service was completed. Why didn't I get this when I dropped my car off?
In for oil & tranny fluid exchange 6/4/24. Told radiator was weeping & shown photo . Plastic cover over radiator was removed and replaced with damaged and faulty fastener. 3 rd time in 10 years my car has been damaged by service team.
They don't stand on their warrenty. Dont purchase any parts from here because they will give you the most dumbest excuse not to cover your parts. I have a Toyota true start battery still under warranty, purchased at a Toyota dealership and have the receipt but they still denied me. Spend your money elsewhere
