Michael Miller, my salesman, was very patient and was able to help me locate a RAV4 that fit my budget. It was a low-pressure situation much unlike all of the other dealerships I went to where they were only concerned about making a sale than taking care of you. In addition, I think they offer the best prices on new and used Toyotas in the Cleveland area.
Gary was awesome, came into to look at a tacoma and Gary met us outside, greeting us with a smile and more than willing to help us. The finance team was worked hard to get us a tacoma. Danielle came out and greeted us before left and asked how our service was. After we left Gary called to make sure we were good and enjoyed the ride home Thank you to the entire Toyota of Kent team. Will be back for our next purchase.
