I brought my vehicle in for a secondary opinion. There was a lot of miscommunication between them and my warranty company and they were making me do all the work like contacting my warranty company and and going there to the dealer to gather more info the warranty company was asking for. The assistant service manager on Tuesdays helping at the desk when dropping vehicles are extremely rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. Also, as a benefit of being a direct customer of Toyota of Katy, I am suppose to have free oil change for life, which was also confirmed by the customer care agent when I checked with them.
