If you going for a free maintenance as part of your deal with Toyota, there are no advisors with good attitude. Very unprofessional. My last advisor, I tried to approach him to get an update and he gave me a gesture saying 'give me one minute' and never got back to me. Also 2:45 min for an oil change when you make an appointment is ridiculous.
They often recommend services that have already been performed on the vehicle recently, sometimes less than a month ago. When you choose not to accept their recommendations, they seem annoyed and ask excessive questions, making it feel like they are trying to pressure customers into approving every suggested service. In addition, the waiting time in the lobby is excessive, even if you have an appointment or arrive very early.
