Andy provided excellent customer service from the beginning to the end.
Their inept service managemet "team" will always respond with "contact Peggy Diaz". JUsT LOOK AT THE CANNED RESPONSE WHEN A ONE STAR REVIEW IS ENTERED. How about YOU contact the customer directly? Aside from the miriade of issues I encountered for simple oil change, it is clear that the marching orders from upper management are "burden the customer enough & they will give up in frustration." GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE FOR TOYOTA SERVICE.
