Very bad experience. Last visit I told them to check a light banging sound in the front right wheels. They told me I need new wheels (which i was doubtful about). Changed wheels and sound still there. Went today and they asked to pay 99$ diagnostic fee to check the sound! Ridiculous.
Just because it's a Toyota you pay more than the truck is worth. After looking, test driving, and listening. Check my options for midsized trucks, drove Chevrolet, GMC, Toyota and Nissan. The Taco was the cheapest feeling and worst ride but cost almost 5k more. Bought the Chevrolet Colorado ZR2.
Service Manager solved my issue quickly.
