Following a snafu with a missing part order the staff at the Parts group truly went above and beyond to make things right. Frank and Geo were amazing and were supported by Richard and Dan. Whoever is running this shop is doing an excellent job training on customer service and technical knowledge of the cars. I'm moving my service needs to this location even though it's not the closest to me. Thanks again to the team.

If you need to buy a part here, I *strongly* suggest you find out how much it *should* cost on the main Toyota site (autoparts dot toyota dot com) before going in, otherwise they may quote you something ridiculous. I went in to buy a part that was $46 and they initially quoted me $79. When I told them I could get it on ebay for $50 shipped, the price magically and instantly came down to $46.
