I had a wonderful experience working with Andrew Puzyk at the West Houston Enterprise branch. After my car was totaled, Andrew took care of me throughout the entire rental car process with professionalism, patience, and efficiency. He walked me through the rental vehicle step by step, showed me all the features, and even explained how to turn on the windshield wipers. La peor experiencia con ustedes fui a solucionar un problema y fui humillada con un trato pésimo no saben de ética ni mucho menos de la responsabilidad que llevé la reparación de un carro , mi carro está mal ensamblado y la persona que me atendió no dio solución sino que excusas y diciendo cosas sin sentido.
