Recently, I brought my vehicle to Toyota of Katy collision center to repair and replace the new parts for the accident BUT I really disappointed with their service. Previously, the rearview mirror on my car had broken, and we had securely repaired it for driving until I brought my car here. I honestly don't know what they did to cause the rearview mirror to break and almost come loose. When I pointed it out, they said it was already broken. I was charge 175.00, due to the collison department sat on my vehicle for over 30 days. I am NOT a happy customer.
