Rude customer service. I called and was told to be left on voice-mail. I contacted them online and was given the silent treatment when I told them no one picked up. Either this is the Toyota treatment(if so, will never go here) or the agent needs to be retrained.

Sam Mendoza and his team went above and beyond to help me get my car repairs covered through insurance and I was very pleased with the outcome of the repairs. Customer service was exceptional and I was kept apprised of everything frequently. This would be a five star review if not for the long wait and steep out of pocket expenses I incurred waiting for my vehicle.
