Collision Center is a complete waste of time. They have no idea what’s going on and will try to force you to sign paperwork consenting to the use of used parts before even inspecting the damages. Total waste of time. They called to schedule a “30-minute inspection,” made me drive there, only to tell me they couldn’t help because the damages were underneath the vehicle.
