I always get excellent service with my advisor, Mike Oddo. I started coming here after my experience at Family Toyota in Burleson where I would wait up to 4 hours for an oil change. Mike usually has me out before my estimated time. He is always upfront with his pricing. It is easy to get in during the week. Of course, like all dealers, they are swamped on the weekends. But, if you make an appointment, the process will go a lot smoother.
Came in for tire rotation and balance, guy said 2hr wait. I don’t think so. Also was pretty condescending when I explained I needed this service. I have spent 40k on this brand of vehicle. This is how you lose potential buyers & repeat service clients. later
