Management has clearly changed — the customer service isn't what it used to be. When I called, they only gave me half the story on the prorated battery replacement quote. Then, when I came in, they told me the battery has to actually die first. The service manager even asked if I had jump-started the car — so it seems like they expect the battery to die somewhere and expect me to find someone to jump-start it, just to qualify for the prorated replacement.

This place takes advantage of elderly women. My roommate who is suffering from dementia took her car in for an oil change and they slapped her with a bill over $4,000! Several hundred dollars in labor just to replace light bulbs that were still working! This is not acceptable. I would say criminal. Please contact me so we can resolve this before I take the story to the local news and multiple social media platforms.

I would give a zero for this dealership. The listing price $25k but they added additional cost once you get there.

I would give a zero for this dealership. The listing price $25k but they added additional cost. They will lie to you to get you there and tell you later the hinder cost. It went up to 30k plus. Such a waste of my time driving there in the traffic just to listen people lie on your face.

I’m upset with my last service over there.
