I had excellent service with Jesse Gutierrez. My life gate on my Toyota Sienna was not working. They could not fix it over on the Service Department. They sent me over to the Collision Center. I was supposed to wait 2 hours but Jesse had me fixed up within 15 minutes. I will definitely recommend them for auto body repairs in the future.
Avoid taking your car here. These guys are scam artists.They show you an invoice for parts they ordered and will bill your insurance accordingly but it’s only on paper. I had a small vertical fracture on my car’s bumper and the advisor told me the entire bumper needed to be replaced. When my car was returned, I noticed a scrape that I had caused by rubbing a curb a year before still on the “new” bumper. I suspect they used a filler on the crack and repainted the original bumper.
