My appointment for just an oil change was at 9:30 in the morning. I got there on Time. I waited for over an hour. My truck was still not finished and I was due to have my daughter at a doctors appointment for a sprained ankle. And my daughter had to walk across the street to the doctors office, Because my truck was still not ready.
Not very pleased with my latest service. Had an appointment at 8:00 am for an oil change and tire rotation. Took them over 3 hours. Had to ask them 3 times what the hold up was. Was told that they got behind. At 8:00 in the morning, what the heck. Wasn’t given a discount or cost reduction on future services as a courtesy. And to be honest there might not be a future time.
