My appointment was confirmed by the agent, and I was informed that my maintenance would be covered by Toyota. However, when I arrived at the service center, I was told I needed to pay $75. This was very disappointing due to the lack of proper communication from the call center, and it resulted in wasted time.
Excellent service. Clean restrooms and beautiful showrooms. Took me in quickly and efficiently. Treated me like they wanted my business.
