Michael jones is a total joke. He did the paperwork after 3 hour, when I checked him he blamed the mgmt and operation saying “this is what I have to deal with daily”. He said don’t worry I will take care of you give you a discount. I Returned the next day at 9:30 am and asked how long the repair would take. He stated 1 hour don’t worry I will push your order. I received the car at 1:15 no discount. I am glad he dies not work for me. I’d fire him in a heartbeat. Overall very unfriendly place no one smiles or says hello.
