I have been through different collisions, but this one was the best. Since i arrived, they sat down with me, explained the whole process, and kept me informed the entire time my car was there, which I really appreciated. When my car was ready for pickup they walked me through it, and it looked brand new. I was very pleased with both the service and the quality of the work.
I don’t usually waste time writing reviews, but the way this manager handled things was unacceptable. Instead of being professional and helpful, he came off arrogant and dismissive, like he couldn’t be bothered to deal with customers. When you’re in charge, you set the tone for the whole place, and this attitude makes the entire business look bad. I came in expecting respect and solutions, not attitude and excuses. Michael jones is a total joke. He did the paperwork after 3 hour, when I checked him he blamed the mgmt and operation saying “this is what I have to deal with daily”. He said don’t worry I will take care of you give you a discount. I Returned the next day at 9:30 am and asked how long the repair would take. He stated 1 hour don’t worry I will push your order. I received the car at 1:15 no discount. I am glad he dies not work for me. I’d fire him in a heartbeat. Overall very unfriendly place no one smiles or says hello.
