This review is for service team(or their team lead) My 2nd visit for toyota care. Drove in with few hundred miles short from 20K service. Was informed they will perform 15K mile service on a 19.5K mile driven car(LOL) I said ok and came out to pick up the car later and found front windshield sticker indicating oil change was complete with next return date. Excellent service — everything was super fast. You can tell they have a system that works really well. I went in and Maria at the service counter took care of me exceptionally, and the advisor Susana was amazing too. Very grateful for the experience. Highly recommend this Toyota dealership for service — 1000%!

Went to Toyota of HACKENSACK NJ service for a tire pressure sensor repair and the price I was quoted was over $300 with tax I got the same repair done at Hudson Tire Exchange for $94 with tax included . I recommend getting a quote else where before committing to this place for a repair
