This is by far the worst dealership service experience I have ever had. The lack of communication, organization, and follow-through was unacceptable. I brought my vehicle in on a Saturday for an engine diagnostic and repair and was told it would be completed Monday. When I called Monday, I was then told the part needed would take 3–5 business days to arrive—something that was never communicated to me beforehand. I am sharing my experience in hopes that it will help improve communication and customer service. On September 16, 2026, I purchased a prepaid maintenance plan at Toyota of Greensboro. At the time, I did not fully understand the details of the plan, and I was not given paperwork to review afterward. Thank you Gary for your wonderful service. We have purchased vehicles new off the lot before but never an experience as good as this one. Very professional and friendly. The whole process was impressively fast and they make use of technology well. The inside of the dealership is immaculate and comfortable with Wi-Fi and vending.
