UPDATE: I dd speak with Mary Rice this morning, as well as, Ollin Dunford (General Manager). They have resolved my issues. Mary is working diligently to make sure customers have a positive experience moving forward. Making an appointment does you absolutely no good at all. I live 40 minutes away so I have no other choice than to wait for my vehicle. The last two times it has taken in excess of 3 hours to get in and out for routine service that is required by my warranty even though I had an appointment. The staff is unbelievably unprofessional while also maintaining a complete and constant state of confusion. Appointment times mean nothing. Be prepared to wait for hours. This has been our consistent experience.
On May 20th I visited the service department after being stopped by a fellow owner. They saw that my paint was deteriorated on the frame around the windshield and said there was a recall and I should reach out to the dealership to get it fixed. When I got to the dealership I was told that the extension had expired. I asked why I had not been contacted since I've gotten my car serviced there and I was told that they didn't contact the owners about the recall, but they had made good money repairing the paint.
