I had the best experience at the Greenfield Toyota service department. I had my standard 5k mile service, they shuttled me to the gym, and then (upon my approval) drove my car to the gym once it was done. Everyone was great and accommodating. I am definitely coming back here for my next service.

I have to write a review as I just talked to Kayleigh in service scheduling. I always question what service is recommending and she looked at my past service history and reviewed everything with me. She was open and friendly discussing what I needed or not. I am giving 5 stars for this interaction with Kayleigh. I have had issues with service not going through things with me and trying to get me to do very expensive things without inspecting things first. I will continue going here after this interaction. So I have two complaints about this dealerships service department. My wife bought her Highlander in 2020. The purchasing experience was great. Since the purchase she has exclusively used them for all service and maintenance. Just after her warranty expired her lift-gate started to make a grinding noise and would “jitter” as it opened so she took it in. They quoted over $800 to repair it. I told her not to have it fixed.
