Terrible dealership, they sold us a 2020 Camry, we found out shortly after purchase it had been in an accident and been used as a fleet car. When confronted their fist defense was they gave us the car fax in our paperwork, when we disproved that they told us we could have looked it up on their website. For a faulty sunroof computer, I presented a written, itemized estimate from a local garage in with impeccable integrity. I told Greenfield not to second guess the diagnosis until they could confirm the parent company would cover cost. I didn't want the sunroof opened until I knew Toyota was paying because the car had never leaked. Greenfield opened the sun roof - charged me $110 and told me they couldn't help me, exactly the opposite of my request. I was so upset I’d been "had" despite precise and clear instructions.
