Time is not their priority. I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil service for my pick up. After 3 hrs, the service consultant called me to advise the oil drain plug needed to be replaced. That represented an additional 1 hr wait. If you want to spend 4 hrs of your time on a oil service, this is the right place. Spoke to David, service manager, not helpful or even an apology given.
