Not my normal dealership. Thought this would be an easy in and out for oil change at 7am. Almost 2 hours later. I regret waiting. I only share so anyone thinking of doing the same it may not be as quick as you think. Its a Wednesday at that so not a Friday or Monday. Customer lounge could use some updates. Overall I would come back, it just wouldn't be my first choice. At least from a service experience.
Quite possibly the worse service experience I've received at a dealership. They are extremely unorganized and do not have the slightest amount of care for their customers. It's not even worth going into detail about my experience, just please go somewhere else. Edit: What's the point of your generic reply? So, let me start off with... I Love Toyota... so this is in no way a reflection of brand. My last 4 vehicles have been toyota and they last, and run forever. However, I arrived today ( a Monday, at noon) having an appointment at 12:45, figured arrive early leave early right? So, very wrong. Let me set the picture, nothing wrong with my car, normal oil change and tire rotation... fully expecting to be told about windshield wipers or air filter lol, thats it.
