Friendly experience wonderful
These guys know what they are doing. They have running the service department down very well, and should be used as an example when running any other service. They are quick, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They keep you informed and deliver what they promise when promised. I will go to them for all my service needs.
Only reason this isn't a 1 Star is my Service Rep Eric was very courteous. Hate the new automation phone system, once again the only fixes recommended were to replace all parts at an exorbitant cost, and they have the gall to upcharge for credit card payments. Go anywhere you can but here. Also love how the owner is only replying to positive reviews! Tells you something about their thought process.
Sabrina was my service technician,She provided excellent service! She was professional, kind, and kept me informed throughout the process. My car was ready on time and everything went smoothly. I really appreciated her help — highly recommend!
I would say zero services employees are rode This place even doesn’t have car wash although all the the dealers has car wash
