If you want a dealership that does quality work and cares, I highly encourage you find another Toyota. I had my engine replaced and a windshield wiper blade, both were done incorrectly. Didn’t attach a hose on my engine so it overheated…and they didn’t tighten the wiper blade so it was just dangling there. This was two separate trips after my service was “completed” The service director was SO comfortable with apologizing by letting me know humans make mistakes and being broken down on the highway isn’t life threatening.
