First time buying a part at this place and they gave me the wrong part.
If i could give no stars i would give 0. We took my rav4 on the 7/12/2025 for an alignment and tire rotation. Syed txted my husband with a discount amount for alignment. Took it in and when we pick up the car same day alignment was not done properly. My husband txted Syed once again if he can check the car again. Syed mentions once it’s a sat and it’s supper busy take it back Monday 7/14 so that they can fix it because the diagnostic did show an error and alignment was not correct. The parts department is marginal at their job and the managers can’t make time to return telephone calls.
Two weeks I go my husband bought a pre-owned Hyundai Accent 2021 at this location. I’m the one who drives it around the city, the next weekend the engine light showed up I went to the service parts department and they said it was nothing wrong with it. The weekend after that, it wasn’t turning on… It was the battery. I called the salesman (Sebastian) and he told us to go today and guess what?! they don’t give any warranty. Bobby, the service advisor told me to go to the Hyundai dealer to get a new battery they don’t have one... read more
