04/28/2025. First time buying a part at this place and they gave me the wrong part.
If i could give no stars i would give 0. We took my rav4 on the 7/12/2025 for an alignment and tire rotation. Syed txted my husband with a discount amount for alignment. Took it in and when we pick up the car same day alignment was not done properly. My husband txted Syed once again if he can check the car again. Syed mentions once it’s a sat and it’s supper busy take it back Monday 7/14 so that they can fix it because the diagnostic did show an error and alignment was not correct.
