The repair service provided by Kevin was top notch. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and kept us up to date on the status of repairs, insurance claim, etc. picked up the car this morning and it looked great. I will definitely use them again if needed.
Don't waste your time walking into this business. When you walk in and ask a question you are told that they don't know what is covered or not covered on a policy that was issued by Toyota when you bought the car. They don't offer to look at your vehicle or even offer to build a quote. Too bad, they could have made a bunch of money but chose to act with deferment and lost this sale.
