Wilson is amazing! Let me start there, he was extremely professional and friendly. Answered all my questions and helped me understand what was going on with my vehicle. I’ve been coming here for years and always request him because I know my concerns are being heard.
I noticed the rating but disregarded it since I was servicing a company car. Shouldn’t that be straightforward? Well, I was mistaken. My company scheduled the appointment and provided all the necessary issues. Upon arrival, the technician informed me that I didn’t have an appointment but would add me to the schedule. I repeatedly emphasized that it was a company car to avoid any charges. 2nd visit here for Toyota Care maintenance. First one wasn't great but this is the local dealership and most convenient so I thought I'd give it another try. I had gotten a nail in my tire the night before and was due for 20,000 service so I figured I'd get both sorted out in 1 visit. I scheduled the 20,000 service and when I arrived I told the rep that I had a nail in the tire.
