Absolute scam artists. I took in my 2023 Highlander because of a warranty issue (transmission needed replacement after just 56,000 miles) and they tried to hit me with a $5,000 quote… told me that my CV axles needed replacement for $2.5k because they were “rusty.” The vehicle is 3 years old!!! Front brakes and rotors for $900 (double what most mechanics would charge you), and get this… $537 for nuts and bolts to change the transmission… on a WARRANTY JOB! The quality of service here has deteriorated immensely, and you can tell because there are so many new employees working in the service department. You can't build a relationsip with any of them because every time you go you get someone different. Even though I have been going there for 15 years, I realize I cannot continue to go there anymore.
