Cannot recommend enough! Robert took care of me. I had a noise that Wilsonville Toyota didn't address even though it was the main reason I brought the vehicle in. Gladstone took care of me, left detailed notes so I wasn't confused about work done, and were just a general pleasure to work with! I will be driving the extra time every time to get my vehicle serviced here.
Shout out to Tony Botoroaga who helped us with a recent recall on our Rav4. He got us an appointment within 24 hours and had our vehicle serviced in just a couple hours from dropping it off. They are a well-oiled machine and I appreciate the efficiency. I also appreciate that they let me know of some work that needs to be done on the vehicle without pressuring me to buy it right there on the spot.

I had some concern about taking my vehicle here because I’ve mostly had work done at a different Toyota dealership. The service tech helping me at Gladstone assured me that they see all service records from all Toyota dealerships, so definitely would not recommend unnecessary maintenance.
