I am given my service rep Wendel 5 stars. From the moment I showed up he was kind and knowledgeable. He answered any questions I had and helped me with warranty on my alignment for a car that was just under a year old. I will return to Gladstone Toyota because of him and will continue to work with him as long as I can. Whoever the service manager is needs to know that he is amazing and goes above and beyond!
Service experience was ok, but twice now I’ve been told it would take 1 hour and it’s taken over 2 hours. I wouldn’t have stayed and waited if I knew the appointment would be so long. This time I was told 1-1/2 hours tops and have been here for 2 hours waiting. EDIT: 1 Star after second experience here… had an appointment for 6:30 am and had to drop my vehicle off the night before, which I called to let them know. I tried calling all morning to get a status update, but no one answered or called back. I ended up dropping $25 ... read more
I liked those guys I met there
They always tell you it's fixed, no more problems guarantee to you. Bjt you're going to Be back 3 more times for the same thing. They can't get it right there. They got a s***** attitude, terrible service . Soooo disappointing.. I had good service when I bought my truck who bet anything after that. I don't know what to say the worst service department i've ever been to my life..
