The service department is laden with excellent people who are invested in doing their best by the customers that come through. However, every time I have brought my vehicle through for service I have had some sort of issue: missing bolts for skid plate, something left disconnected, service couldn’t be performed, wait time extended 4x the original estimate, and I am about 75% certain something was taken from my vehicle. The service team at Toyota of Gallatin is AMAZING! Emily and Connie, in particular, are the most caring, genuine, and thoughtful service reps I’ve ever encountered. I have bought 2 cars from this dealership and the service team is the reason that I keep coming back, along with referring friends and family. Emily is knowledgeable, understanding, and upfront of what she is able to do for me and others when I call about service. Amari Cross in the sales department is also great and he’s the one that I bought both cars from.

An appointment was made for our first service job. In my years of car ownership, I've taken my car for servicing, but this was my first experience here. In my experience, a basic service shouldn't take too long. Even with an appointment, it still took just over an hour .. which is, at least, 15 minutes too long. I'm the grand scheme of things, that doesn't seem like a big deal, but it really is. When the work was done, my daughter and I walk to the car. Had a wonderful experience with the service department! My introduction to Toyota of Gallatin came from Service Advisor Will Anderson, who made me feel like family and 100% connected with every step of service on my RAV4.
