Camry 2025. I had a problem with the driver's seat cooling system—it was replaced, and the car spent a LONG TIME at the Toyota dealership. Now, I'm facing the EXACT SAME PROBLEM with the passenger seat, but this time what happened was RIDICULOUS. I took the car in on Saturday, October 18, and they returned it with the seat TORN and MISSING the support bracket to the chassis! They didn't give me ANY service order, NO documents, NO tracking message, and just said "there's nothing we can do."
Fastest oil change and rotation I've EVER had at a dealership ANYWHERE! Absolutely top notch!
