This garage is busy, but does a very thorough high quality job. Master Mechanic Thang and service advisor Trout were patient and with me and my engine timing and obd code issues brought to them. Wait time may be a week, but I was not disappointed at all. Garages in the summer are normally very busy. I've done mostly my own maintenance for the last 20 years, and I trust them with my 2uzfe 4runner any time.

Went in for oil change, they recommended battery be replaced and I agreed. When I picked up the car, the infotainment system was haywire so I took it back. Waited another 45 mins for them to tell me the radio needs warranty replacement and it is common for Rav 4 radios to get fried during battery replacement...okay, whatever, things happen I suppose. I made an appointment four days in advance for a simple oil change and a tire rotation. The lady asked what time we have openings from 12 to 4. I requested that 2 o’clock would be great. I got to Toyota at exactly 2 o’clock. They checked me in and I was told that it would be about an hour and a half to two hours. So I waited an hour and 25 minutes and decided to see where they were with my car. She explained that they haven’t even taken my car back. The Service department is one of the worst that I have seen so far when it comes to repair your car, I saw Mark the MinnesotaMan in the service department who is one of the worst service line manager, I have seen in a long time. He is a service manager that I would not like to see people go to. they replace a car part in my 2025 truck and it is still not working and he told me to drive the truck another 500 to 1000 miles to see if it is working but it does not make any sense so I tell yo... read more
