The parts people are not just incompetent but they don't have the common sense to just read the part numbers. 4 times I ordered the same stud and they tried to give me the wrong one each time with a different part number. Another time I asked to see the diagram for some fender parts and the guy suggested I take advantage of a small collision place for a free quote and just use the parts numbers they provided. Horrible experience. Alex completely dismissed our needs, discriminated us as women, forced us into a rental we had to pay for meanwhile not working our car, did not answer our calls and eventually told us to “just buy a new car” when he did zero work or effort to help. Beware, especially women.
I have trusted this Toyota dealership to service my vehicle for the past 10 years and never expected to leave feeling this disappointed. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change, something this dealership has performed many times over the years. After the service, I was informed that the oil drain plug had been stripped and that I now needed to replace the entire oil pan at a cost of approximately $740.
