I have trusted this Toyota dealership to service my vehicle for the past 10 years and never expected to leave feeling this disappointed. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change, something this dealership has performed many times over the years. After the service, I was informed that the oil drain plug had been stripped and that I now needed to replace the entire oil pan at a cost of approximately $740. Ordered online, two front shock absorbers for 2015 Prius. Two very beat up boxes arrived with these expensive shocks flopping around inside of box poking holes in sides of boxes. Zero packing foam or any cushioning material to protect parts. Very poor parts shipping thought or care! Get it together man!
Ill start this by saying that Alex Villa (service advisor) was very nice and empathetic. That being said, this was the worst experience ive had with toyota service. About a month and a half ago my truck wouldnt start. It was turning over but no fuel was going to the ignition. Usually i go to Toyota of Poway, but I had it towed to toyota of El cajon because of limited AAA towing.
