My first service experience with my new Toyota Crown Signia was amazing at Toyota of El Cajon. The staff was attentive and provided spot on help explaining features of my car. The application of a paint protected went flawlessly too.
I would advise Other mechanic shops to NOT and I repeat again do NOT get from Toyota of El Cajon wholesale parts, they charge shop price without asking for a resale permit so they can charge sales tax. Worst management ever and if you do not pay the sales tax, The parts manager will threat to take you to court.
Went to get my car serviced and upon checkout I was advised that using my credit card I would get charged a 3% service fee! I just found out that this is illegal in California under Civil Code 1748.1 So I was just scammed a surcharge.
Bobby and the team at Toyota of El Cajon's Parts Dept continue to be my go to for Toyota parts. Not just because their pricing is usually better than other options, but because they always go above and beyond to help make sure every purchase is smooth and painless.
