This is hands down one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I had a CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT and when I arrived, the SERVICE DOORS WERE CLOSED. No sign. No notice. No warning. I stood outside in Chicago winter like an idiot for over 30 minutes until someone casually opened the door. Then I’m told: “Everyone is in a meeting.” “Computers won’t be ready for 1.5 hours.” So why the hell are you booking appointments if you’re not even operational? I went to the Toyota Service Center of Lincoln Park out of necessity after my 2016 RAV4’s battery failed and I had to be jump-started. Although I was aware of the mixed reviews, it was the closest option, so I decided to give them a chance. Unfortunately, the experience confirmed exactly what I had hoped to avoid.
