I had been bringing my car here for several years. Unfortunately, after my recent visit, I will not be returning or recommending this shop. I trusted that I was bringing my vehicle to an honest shop that knew what they were doing, but after this experience, I no longer feel that way. About a month after my visit, my car stalled in the middle of traffic. The employees at the service center of Toyota of Downtown Chicago were extremely helpful in a time of need. I was out of town visitor in a situation where they saved my butt in a timely fashion. Much appreciation!

Great service center customer service for some recalls and listened to any other concerns! They also order you ubers back and forth!
