I went through the listed of my insurance companies recommended body shop and tried one of them, but they told me to come down but then said they can't view my car till another day. So Next recommended shop was Toyota. I called and they said they could see me right away and they could get me in as soon as the following week. I had an amazing experience with New Country Toyota of Latham collision center. The technician was very knowledgeable and kept me in the loop when the parts had arrived. They even provided me with a loaner vehicle so I did not have to rent a car. They delivered 5 star service from start to finish.
