Roscoe my service rep wears awesome and took care of my service needs in a very timely manner. Great service department.
Had a 2 o'clock appointment I drove in and was taken care of. Took about an hour and was on my way. Angelia was prompt and very friendly.
Set up appointment for a diagnosis of charging system and possible alternator change out. New alternator installed. Wife paid invoice and retrieved Avalon. When home discovered engine compartment had greasy fingerprints on silver engine cover, and on the chrome grill. The front engine shroud had been removed to install alternator but was reinstalled with broken panel clips. Was floppy.
