Unprofessional, pushy, and a dangerous lack of quality control. Unprofessional communication and constant attempts to upsell unnecessary "recommended" services. Routinely overfilling engine oil. During the previous service, they forgot to properly tighten the oil pan drain plug. After the most recent visit, I got home only to find that the engine air filter housing wasn't even latched back together. This level of carelessness is unacceptable for any shop, let alone an official Toyota dealership.
Great service that’s not the issue. Heads up the service dept is passing down credit card fees to customer. Response from manager why are they doing this he said everyone is doing it.
I strongly recommend avoiding servicing your car here. 0 communication, I left my car on Saturday and I had to call multiple times to final get the Tuesday after, and they did is inspection, oil change and tire rotation. And this is how they handed it back to me before I go back to the advisor to put the filter and the compartment in place.
