Highway. Robbery. I like to check if a dealership is worth going to by asking the price for parts that have clear MSRP values. For a tow hitch that sells direct for $556, they wanted $841. For service that I got quoted at 3 other dealerships for less than $600, they wanted $2100. I'm not kidding. I've never encountered something this extreme.
My wife Stacey and I needed a truck for her. We went to Cedar Park of Texas to purchase our new 2025 Toyota,Tacoma. Our salesman Michael, was super helpful. He helped my wife find the truck she wanted. After finding the truck, the staff and management found us a truck to buy and take home that day. The price of our new Tacoma was negotiated , with us getting a great deal. The truck was detailed, filled with gas and readied for my wife to drive home.
