Joseph Sandoval and David were spectacular! Just brought in my vehicle for its regular servicing at Cedar Park Toyota. Great experience from the moment you arrive, service transportation home and back to the dealership for pickup. The team’s customer service is was best in class and made a normally painful experience the exact opposite.
Love this location just wish people in service were more attentive when customers drove in. I was completely lost as it was my 1st time bringing my vehicle to service. Nobody approached me when I drove in, stayed in my vehicle until I got off to speak to someone inside when there was a lot of service people available outside.
Don't even bother with a used vehicle from here. I was sold a used car with no emergency brake, they "fixed" it and the brakes started shuttering not but a few miles down the road. Spent 2 hours to basically be told "don't worry we will do it right this time" The e brake is literally #3 on the "160" point inspection. Don't trust the inspection, don't trust the service.
