Service department tech Karl is very unprofessional he sent a text to come pick up the vehicle at 2:57 pm and it is now 5:00pm and my husband and I are still waiting for the release of the vehicle. When asked for an update he rudely stated there was nothing he can do and brushed us off and returned to his conversation with another colleague. Please save your time and go else where. Strongly do not recommend Toyota Bowie Service or Tech Karl.
Very disappointed with Toyota of Bowie’s service center. They used to accept walk-ins, but when I came in, I was told they no longer do without any prior notice. The staff were not friendly or helpful. I explained my situation (my wife is about to give birth), but no one showed understanding or even listened properly. I felt rushed and dismissed.
