Karl is a disaster. Charged $800 to swap a 30$ part that takes less than 3 min. Didn’t Even give me a price quote before they did the work. Just fixed it and held my car hostage. Avoid this place in this service department at all costs.

I’m leaving a 3 star review because the Group One management of Toyota leave such amazing employees out to dry. The Service advisors in the main garage have no AC in those working conditions. They have the most mediocre replacement for that in fans that push around hot air. That garage is not a safe working space, and I heed that before a customer passes out they figure it out. Lawsuit awaiting them!!
Look at the comments within the past year they’re mostly bad. The four good stars came from 4 plus years ago when the quality and service was good. This location needs a major reset from the inside out. Too many people collecting free money including the tall male manager.
