Go elsewhere!!! They don't care about you! Service department staff says things like " I don't know why they come so early " 15 minutes after being open. I wish i would have read the reviews prior to going here bad review after bad review and it looks like you only get a response on reviews when you give five star reviews. All other reviews appear to be ignored saying a lot about business practices and Vision.
I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to a fish. I’ve had several instances of them telling me they’ll take care of things and keep it overnight, they don’t take care of anything. They will say they ordered a part, then the next day that it didn’t come in and I’ve now had 3 days interrupted with poor service and no vehicle. Took two days for an invoice to be sent to me. I brought my new 4Runner in for its first oil change recently, and while the service itself was great, I noticed a paint chip on the car after I got home. I take really good care of my car and keep it spotless, so this was frustrating to see.From the location of the chip, it looks like it may have happened when the hood was opened,possibly while checking the wipers,maybe the wipers were up. Wouldn’t recommend taking your car for service here. Mohamed Janneh talks to customers in a very aggressive, condescending way. I told him I changed my own battery and was having an issue, and his response was basically, “that’s why you should've brought it here.” Then he wanted $250 just to look into my battery issue. Avoid him at all costs.
