Do not go here for car care. They are dishonest and try to scam people out of many thousands of dollars. I would strongly suggest getting a 2nd opinion on any services Toyota Dealership of Bowie suggests getting. I had two lights come on - low oil pressure and low engine pressure - and took it into the dealership immediately. I asked them to check the oil, oil filter, and look for an oil leak since I took it in just 5 months ago for an inspection. I came in today for a regular maintenance oil change and was very happy with the service representative that worked with me today. Mr. Antonio Funderburk was professional and displayed excellent customer service. During my entire visit today, he frequently kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and ensured me that if there was anything of a concern he would let me know immediately.
