I’ve been bringing my car here for routine oil changes ever since I got it in 2021. For the most part, the experience has been just “okay”, the wait times are insane (plan to clear your whole day), and they always give you a laundry list of “issues” with your car that come across more like cash grabs than genuine concerns. The tire specialist will even approach you with an unsolicited speech about how “bad” your tires are.
