I went in for service and realized there was an issue with my service request almost a day later. I contact the service department for a resolution and was later contacted by the manager Mr. Lopez. He was very helpful and understanding with the issue. 5 stars times 2. He explained everything clearly after I asked some questions. Do not go here for car care. They are dishonest and try to scam people out of many thousands of dollars. I would strongly suggest getting a 2nd opinion on any services Toyota Dealership of Bowie suggests getting. I had two lights come on - low oil pressure and low engine pressure - and took it into the dealership immediately. I asked them to check the oil, oil filter, and look for an oil leak since I took it in just 5 months ago for an inspection.
