I am very disappointed with the customer service, actually lack thereof, from this business. I recently purchased a 2020 Rav4 from Toyota of Bowie (October, 2022). I traded in my 2010 Rav 4 and was given a fair price. However, the EZ-Pass transponder was inadvertently left attached to the windshield of the old car. After receiving several notices from EZ Pass requesting payment for tolls that I did not recognize, I cancelled the old transponder. I purchased a 2021 Toyota Corolla from Toyota of Bowie on 5/31/22. The sales staff were very eager for me to take the car that day. I noted that the windshield wiper fluid was not working. Two sales staff checked the level of fluid and it was full. The sales person contacted me the day after and told me he set up an appointment two weeks later to have it fixed. LOYAL CUSTOMER NO MORE! At my last fill up I needed assistance getting my gas door open. A kind stranger helped me out. I filled my tank and thought nothing of the door. On Thursday 7/9, I was preparing for an out of town trip and needed to fill up. With the assistance of my son, the gas door was opened and I headed to the gas station.
