It’s a game to them. Average dealership experience; saw no evidence of them breaking the outdated mold regarding customer satisfaction. Had to ask a dozen times regarding the out the door price with the “dealership discount”, and had staff explicitly tell us it's a "game of cat and mouse." To top it off, we were promised a full tank of gas multiple times and had to hound them for it. Spent 7 hours there for a cash purchase on new car with little haggling. Bleh.

Once again, the folks at Toyota of Bellingham provided exceptional service. Specifically, Hassan who is one of the Best Service Advisers at the dealership. He is professional, friendly and very helpful. My vehicle was inspected and serviced very quickly. If you need your vehicle serviced give Hassan a call to schedule your appointment. I am always treated like the “Customer of the Year” whenever I get service done at Toyota of Bellingham.

Shoutout to Jameel in the service department. 5 stars for working with him, though I’m knocking off a star for the entire department because I had to push to get a repair done. The brand new car I bought (which I didn’t test drive first since it was coming from out of state…I’ll never do that again!) made an incredibly annoying constant rattling noise inside.
