It was a good experience, our sales man was professional and gave us good quality information to make a,choice int the car we wanted.
I recently took in my 4Runner for service evaluation. Among the expensive service recommendations was replacing an air filter. I just looked under the hood as I believed it had been recently replaced. It was brand new. Hmmm 🤔. I won’t return to Toyota of Bellingham for service or for purchasing a new or used vehicle. They are not honest. Oh yea, I actually paid for that evaluation. Silly me. Avoid this place.

Took way too long, and actually lied. Went in for an oil change and a problem with a door latch. Was told at Hour #2 they were done with the oil change and looking for a part for the door. Was told at Hour #3 that they were just washing the car… Then at Hour #4, finally got seen again… for them to tell me Toyota doesn’t make the part anymore, got charged $189 for that info :/ Fine, maybe they actually spent an hour calling around for a part. Simply put - do not go here. I had my sunroof repaired here in August/September. They overcharged me by over $1000. They left my interior permanently smudged and the sunroof is not the same. I went back and had them take a look as I was not satisfied. They say it was sealed properly - but things have puckered and I can no longer drive with the sunroof cover back without excessive road noise.
