My family exclusively purchases our cars from this specific Toyota dealership (shout out to Leon). Everyone is very friendly and I drive from Buffalo for all my service needs because they've always made me feel comfortable and that they're trustworthy.
Took my 2011 Toyota Land Cruiser Prada, err Gx460 to inspect for the ever common valley plate leak. They did not even inspect for the valley plate leak because this particular Toyota has never heard of it, even tho there's a TSB on the issue. Come to find out the tech with a supposed 18 years of experience didn't even know the Lexus GX460 was actually a Toyota Land Cruiser once that was said I knew they never took a look and tried to pawn the issue as a loose upper hose.
