I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership that I felt that I was insulted by these unqualified and unprofessional sales and managers. They gave me an unbelievable quote online. When I showed up next day, whoever from the sales department claimed that price was a mistake and offered me a new quote that wasn’t any closer to the original one they gave online. Excellent and really nice
I drove all the way from western Colorado to Kentucky with my 2024 4Runner. She started making a loose pulley-like noise so to be safe before heading back home, I swung into this dealership to get it checked. They squeezed me right in and looked my girl over. I am extremely picky and do not let anyone touch my vehicles usually. They handled her with care. The young man in the service department was friendly. Thankfully everything was as it should be and I was able to be on my way. I appreciate the care!
