Absolutely excellent service.
Quick and professional service as always. One note for the team especially to be mindful of for your female customers—put the driver’s seat back to its original position. Every service appointment at Toyota the seat is adjusted for a larger person and it’s a small but important detail in good customer service that you return the car as you received it. My women friends comment on this too about their Toyota experience.
A very thorough explanation of services recommended was provided by Lamont and though I did not do all of them I was impressed with his ability to overcome some of my objections with knowledge and conviction. Kudos and a pleasure to do business with a professional.
On 9/21/26 I brought in my 2010 Toyota RAV4 for routine maintenance, including an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by several dealership employees who set a pleasant tone simply by smiling at me and saying cheerful "hellos" as I passed by them, and by two female Service Department workers, who cordially welcomed me and explained the steps they were taking to initiate my visit by measuring my tire usage and checking on my car's fluid levels.
