I don’t usually go to Toyota of Ann Arbor’s service center, mostly because I’ve had bad service almost every time. But I got a pretty good coupon for an oil change in the mail so I thought I’d give them a shot once more. I made an appointment for 1:00 for just an oil change, nothing more. Update as of 03/08/25: Changed one start to four. I would give five star if yesterday did not happened. Came back this morning to relay my concerns. The Service Advisor/Manager who received me - Jacob Patton, was hands-down a true rock star! Upon hearing what happened to me yesterday, he was appalled and ensured that my concerns will be rectified.
