Pretty disappointed by the service at this dealership. I came in with 3 work items to complete, and got an estimate. The estimate was on the high side, but that's what I would expect from a dealer shop. First, their communication was awful. I missed their call and tried to contact them multiple times including leaving voicemails and never had my calls returned. UPDATE- 3 weeks after this experience my car ran out of oil. I had it towed to my local garage and they said whoever did the last oil change left a part off the oil pan near the plug. It was a slow leak and thankfully my engine was fine but I expect better mechanics at the dealership! Guess that's a myth, they certainly charge more but do not have better service. I totally recommend many thanks for the customer service from everyone and even more so for Federico, who was my salesman.
Steer clear of this dealership. They quoted me $8k for an engine replacement, and Mark's Auto in Dexter fixed me up for $646.34. Turns out if you actually do some diagnostic work you can fix the root problem for a reasonable price. Toyota of Ann Arbor is not that place.
