I totally recommend many thanks for the customer service from everyone and even more so for Federico, who was my salesman.
Steer clear of this dealership. They quoted me $8k for an engine replacement, and Mark's Auto in Dexter fixed me up for $646.34. Turns out if you actually do some diagnostic work you can fix the root problem for a reasonable price. Toyota of Ann Arbor is not that place.
Beware of SERVICE department DO NOT take your vehicle to Toyota of AA for service. We took our Tundra in for service. They did not adequately replace the transmission fluid, leaving dangerously low. We have the service record stating that it caused the truck to not perform safely. I had to pull off the road in order to not get hit by a semi.
