Mo one ever contacted us
Do not work with this company. Tried to charge us $2,000+ to fix a gasket that should've been covered under the lease. Did not tell us that it wasn't covered until they sent an outrageous invoice later. Then they sent threatening emails about collections, and accidentally sent an us email that "collections days are their favorite." This seems like a common theme with this business. Overcharge customers without consent, threaten collections, repeat. Very sketchy, poorly run company. Avoid at all costs.
I can't speak for your technician work but the one driving up 32 east today around 2:00 PM today was terrible. When he got onto 32 he literally cut across both lanes cutting off cars forcing them to slam on brakes. He then preceded to cut off several more vehicles. Unfortunately your work vans don't have numbers. Guess it's easier for your guys too operate their vehicles wrecklessly.
We had a forklift down and they sent a technician out right away. Luke showed up, figured out the problem, and had us back up and running. An absolute pleasure to work with and clearly committed to their customers!
Forklift was still under warranty, had an issue with the cooling fan. They came out and said the issue wasn’t covered and wanted to charge over 1k for the repair. We rejected and they charged over 500 for just coming out to figure out the issue while the forklift is still under warranty. The service visit was less than an hr. I think these guys charge more than my lawyer
