The best company to service our forklifts by far! We use Toyotas and CATs for our warehouses. We have several warehouses on the East Coast. So far ToyotaLift NorthEast has been able to respond to our breakdown calls instantly. With different companies, we usually have to wait a day or two for a visit. Almost never do we manage to schedule a visit for the same day. With ToyotaLift NorthEast, not only do they show up within hours, but most of the time, the repair is done the same day. Absolute scam. This is a terrible company, would NEVER recommend. We've been working with forklift technicians for over 20 years so we know what to expect. The ToyotaLift technician (Mason) was here for 15 minutes to take a look at our forklift and provide us with a quote to fix it. We never received a quote but we did receive a charge on our credit card for $345. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. We were charged for a service we did not receive. Dave was unprofessional and unwilling to return the money. Our credit card was charged for $345 for no work done and we never approved this charge. If you are looking for a forklift technician, there are about a hundred other places you should go instead. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
