Terrible people from spare parts all the way to management. No wonder they can’t keep same ppl longer then few months.
I have only clicked 1 star because I have to. This is possiblely the worst comnpany I have ever dealt with. No communication, no service, no results and no idea. They have not changed in the last 10 years. Try and call them and you will see what I mean. The total indifference to their customers who are trying to run their own businesses is astounding. Worst service ever got in Australia . I am waiting for my pallet jack battery for nearly 6 months . six months for pallet jack battery because pallet jack was under warranty . i can't believe they do not have any new battery in Australia to replace . After calling them again and again I was told shipment is late and finally last month i received call and they said they are going to replace battery today than another drama i was told new battery also faulty and so they will send new one .
