Toyota of Marin sold my mom a lemon and doesn’t even have the decency to send her someone that she can serve. Their lawyer hides away barricaded from any accountability. My mother is poor and she’s 79 so spending $10,000 on a car is a huge investment for her. But they don’t care.

I left an equally horrible review on the Toyota Marin page, but have to come here to outline how horrible my experience has been with this service department. I bought my '21 4Runner here with a comprehensive warranty. I brought it in a couple weeks after purchase to have a small electric issue assess and a VERY LOUD brake squeak inspected.
