Bad customer service
They help my friend with his Scion to the utmost care! We appreciate that. One luv.
Toyota of Marin sold my mom a lemon and doesn’t even have the decency to send her someone that she can serve. Their lawyer hides away barricaded from any accountability. My mother is poor and she’s 79 so spending $10,000 on a car is a huge investment for her. But they don’t care.
Had an easy service experience and mostly want to shout out Denise, who was great to work with.
