I’ve been taking my 2016 Toyota Camry Hybrid in here for years and have always had pleasant, fast service. Highly recommend!
I just had my 24 Prius with them for the second service. Toyota had not delivered a second key fob at purchase in February, so I had called TM a few months ago. "No problem. It will be here in a week, we'll call you"- no call. Last week when I scheduled the service, I asked for the key. "No problem. It is in stock, needs to be programmed, will take a couple of hours." I went for my eighteen-month included service. It went fine until I was told there was a nail in my tire and I needed a new tire. The service guy tried to sell me a tire that was too expensive and I decided to go elsewhere. And the manager of sorts came over and I asked for a picture. The manager showed me a picture of a screw not a nail in the tire. I had been told they were complete, and my car had been washed. Great Experience with Megan and Teddy Highly recommend
I assume the quality of the work is good. So far that seems to be the case. But man, the quality of the experience is not good. You guys are sheisters! The advice about our brakes and that the rotors needed to be replaced was disingenuous. You stand to profit from this bad advice. Our brakes have many miles of good safe service in them and yet you used language (and interpreted video) to scare us into thinking that what we have is unsafe.
