Horrible experience for quite some time with over-billing (proven with camera footage and timestamps), and poor customer service from Misty S. and service manager Mike R. Then when they've provided with proven facts, after they correct the bill to be accurate, they try and make it sound like it's your fault. You get nothing but excuses. Been waiting a 2 weeks for kyle in the parts dept to get back to me .. he said he’d call me back the next day .. just do yourselves a favor and call another dealer if your looking for parts
Horrible business practices by this company. We had used them to both repair an existing forklift and we purchased an off-lease toyota forklift with just 4,000 hours. The Toyota we purchased has had constant issues and they acknowledged that this unit did not go through their normal inspection as it came from another location that was closing and they shipped it straight to us. For a while they did try to fix it but overall it's a very poor running machine that doesn't start often so we have to use our backup. For service we... read more
These people are absolutely terrible. When it comes to money they just keep asking. Even when we've paid it they don't look at their dang statements and see that they've cleared a check and they keep hounding us and bothering us for money when we don't owe them anything. It's not okay. It's been going on for over a year. I do not recommend this company at all. Run as fast as you can the other way.
