Probably this place is not authorized from Toyota and Lexus to use their name to trap people,
I have done business with this place on a previous occasions. The last time the costumer service was bad and the response time and feedback was very poor. This time around I thought I would give them another shot. I had to get a tow to this facility [they were short staffed so I helped them push my car off the street and into the shop] and again same result. The result came back that a broken key was the issue. They slapped electrical tape on my key and hit me with a $120 fee. I only do business with reliable and trustworthy... read more
Miguel is great. He worked on my 230k mile Camry and even recommended other services I completely forgot about (I ususally stay on top of the maintenance). The prices are great and the service was awesome. Highly recommend!
