Do not go here unless you want to deal with immature workers like Charlie !! He had a bad attitude off the bat telling my husband he can’t help us because we didn’t have a credit card to put on file ! Then my husband went back to check the status of our car and Charlie among other workers told my husband he wasn’t going to help him and for us to reach out to the manager if we want something done !! The waiting times are more than 1hr even with a appointment. You never know how fast the service will take .. its always unpredictable.. the service screen where it let's you know where you are at in line does not work.. this dealer needs a Blessing .. i feel it needs more structure and better customer service .. im losing my faith on dealers boring long waiting times can be obtained in any other shop near my home ..

Yesterday at 7:00 AM, I arrived for a scheduled recall appointment on the high-voltage cable of my RAV4 Hybrid. I dropped off the vehicle and dealer arranged a ride home for me. About one hour later, I received a text message stating the required parts were not available and I needed to return to pick up the vehicle. I drove back, retrieved my car, and headed to work. Terrible communication when giving me updates on my car. When i picked up the car after a week of diagnostic they didnt give me any information about the issue until i kept asking for it and told me to replace the whole transmission for 8k. Got a second opinion at a local mechanic shop and said the transmission was perfectly fine, but the mounts were bad. Unless your vehicle is 2024 or newer, do not take it to this dealer.
