Very bad customer service specially the service guy (ALBERTO RODRIGUEZ) they didn’t do nothing with my car and they charge me a lot of money
I bought a car battery last year it let my wife straighten I call AAA 3 TIMES THEY the battery is bad ayi paid like $180. For the Good one but the stop. Parts department guy said it was my wife fault he said you must left the lights on who says that to a customer BAD. Customer service we just wanted to exchange it. He said NO. I am calling corporate on him. I should just bought it at Costco. So I want this to be resolved
