At the beginning I put 5 stars to encourage the saler. It was at the beginning a Good service and communication.m with Paolo. Than it turned to a kind of 3 visits to the garage. He never delivered what was promised with the car. I was obliged to insist and complain and come back. Even after talking to 2 sales managers. They were supposed to do a touch up job on the used 2018 car I bought. Never done because they don’t have the right color. They than promised me to send the touch lens to me by postal mail.
