Disappointing experience with Paolo. I called on May 14th to negotiate a used vehicle and was told he'd call me back. Having not heard back, I followed up on May 16th and he confirmed he was able to reduce the price by $500. I asked if it could be reduced by another $500 and he said he'd verify and call me back. Still with no news, I called back on May 21st and am told the car was sold on May 14th and he forgot to call me back.
