Disappointed experience I visited Forbes Toyota to get assistance with buying out my current leased vehicle. Unfortunately, Nicholas Morrison, a Product Advisor, was not helpful with the process. Instead, he repeatedly encouraged us to purchase a new Toyota, despite us clearly stating that we wanted to keep our current vehicle.
