Toyota fleet, need to hire more staff so i don't need to wait on hold for 1 hour plus
I was not particularly satisfied with the service I received from Toyota Fleet. It was my first time to use Novated Lease arrangement to purchase a new car and my experience was underwhelming. I had to follow up multiple times as my queries often went unanswered or delayed, which made the process unnecessarily stressful. Incompetent. Watch out if you need to claim insurance. TFM used Adica Insurance (Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Company Australia Pty Ltd) a small insurer. When I made a claim TFM took no responsibility for coordination with their insurer. Adica then went on to low ball my current vehicle market value and payout figure. Once I finally raised a complaint with the Australian Financial Complains Authority (AFCA) they increased the market value payout amount by 24%. Nothing but bad experiences. Taken over 8 months to realise they hadn’t been deducting payments - we had a direct debit set up. They advised us via TEXT to pay over $4,000 immediately. Poor customer experience. Will not use this company again.
