Didn’t have a good experience. They said it would take 1-1.5 hours. Took 3. I had to return to work and couldn’t pick up that day. They left the windows open and it rained over night. Seat and everything wet. That’s not including all the extras they wanted to add. Disappointed. Update: the group from Toyota reached out to me and made it right. I was very grateful. They made a mistake but more than made up for it. Thank you.
