My truck salesman pushed me to use toyota commercial finance even though I wanted to buy the truck outright. I think he got a kickback. The interest is crazy high. Since updating their website, they undid my auto pay. 3 months ago, I made 3 payments over the phone and set up the auto pay again. One of the phone payments was apparently "lost". I wish there was a lesser star that I could chose for how outrageously horrible this company is. 3 months of trying to get the ACH set up only to hear each time that they don't know what happened, or they didn't receive the information. (Note: they take the ACH over the phone) Multiple customer service reps and 1 rep directly at the Toyota company from who I purchased from and still nothing has received the emails containing the required information. Don't buy cars throught toyota financial service interest is very high you better of with anybody else
Horrendous. Can’t pay on line, spend an hour on the phone just to get my debit card charged. Transferred 4 times, when I called the collections number in the first place. Then they have the nerve to say they do that for my benefit and safety. Literally an hour on the phone. I would never finance a vehicle with them again!!!
Never finance a vehicle with this company if you are trying to paid it early. Worst customer service. I paid 7k ahead and they said they send me a refund for $5900 and 2 months later I still waiting for my money and I have to still paid them in the meantime.
