Got the whole side of my car done, came out beautiful. Stephen was an absolute doll to work with!
Honestly, I will say that initially I was pleased with them until they messed up the trim on my car while fixing it months ago, and never bothered to fix it, even though i called multiple times and was told they would. Mixed feelings, but ultimately I will not be going back because they never rectified the situation.
During the 6 leases I have had with TOS, I've had a few scratches and dents from minor accidents. Toyota Collision Center always gets the affected area looking like new and the staff is friendly. Never had an issue with them.
