Wow! Had someone run into the side of my new camry near the 1604 and 35 interchange and took it to the team at San Marcos Toyota Body Shop and they were able to fix me up real nice. Cant even tell my vehicle was in an accident. My advisor kept me informed the whole way through, Daniel, and he made sure my vehicle was cleaned up and ready to go on day of delivery. Cant ask for anything better than that! Thank you
Brought my Tundra to Larry and his team after a severe pummeling of hail to my new Tundra. What was once a Titleist golf ball looks like show floor new once again. I had weekly updates keeping me apprised. The workmanship looks solid. I’ll update if I discover else wise. But a big shout out to Team San Marcos Collision center esp Larry.
If you are looking to have your vehicle repaired, do not come here. They did a very poor job for which they did not want to take responsibility. The manager was very despotic and racist, saying that her last word was no to repairing my vehicle again. Do not come here or you will regret it.
Avoid San Marcos Toyota Collision at all costs. They had my vehicle for 53 days—nearly two months—and I might have been able to accept the ridiculous delay if the work had been even remotely acceptable. But it wasn’t. Not even close. The quality of the work was unbelievably lazy and careless. When I finally got my car back, it was immediately obvious they had botched the job.
