Brought my Tundra to Larry and his team after a severe pummeling of hail to my new Tundra. What was once a Titleist golf ball looks like show floor new once again. I had weekly updates keeping me apprised. The workmanship looks solid. I’ll update if I discover else wise. But a big shout out to Team San Marcos Collision center esp Larry.
If you are looking to have your vehicle repaired, do not come here. They did a very poor job for which they did not want to take responsibility. The manager was very despotic and racist, saying that her last word was no to repairing my vehicle again. Do not come here or you will regret it.
Avoid San Marcos Toyota Collision at all costs. They had my vehicle for 53 days—nearly two months—and I might have been able to accept the ridiculous delay if the work had been even remotely acceptable. But it wasn’t. Not even close. The quality of the work was unbelievably lazy and careless. When I finally got my car back, it was immediately obvious they had botched the job. This was my first time dealing with any car repairs. Kim was knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. She quickly contacted the other person’s insurance to resolve any issues, ensuring I got my car back shortly. My RAV4 looks brand new- thanks for your help team!
Learned my lesson, never again will use their scam services. Overpriced, you are going to pay 70 percent more for the basic services which could be performed at any car shop. My fault I guess I know a little or nothing about cars. Dropped my car at 11:30 on January 8th . Signed papers 10 minutes later. Had to think for an hour about the price, come back at 1 , asked if I could possibly cancel some of the services which were not necessary for my car.
