Big rave to Toyota City Wetaskiwin, and my sales rep there, Hussein Thawer! He was the man who sold me my new vehicle, and went above and beyond in getting me the vehicle I wanted with the best financing available to me. And a brand new windshield that came with the car and immediately installed right before I bought it. He kept his word and met every promise he made! I'll certainly be coming to visit their new location in Camrose, Alberta!

I was going to refrain from writing this review, even after the multiple requests for a 5 star review from city Toyota when they knew I didn’t get 5 star service. It wasn’t the truck being delivered with out promised parts that pushed me over the edge, or the constant terrible communication, or the clear fact that all the finance side cared about was pushing another deal through to hit the end up of month numbers.
