I have been hesitant to write my review because I still can’t believe it. And it has been like a year since this happened to us. I came here to do the inspection and get an oil change as usual. I was told that the vehicle couldn’t pass the inspection because sway bar links and the struts needed to be replaced, some issue with the electrical system, and a whole list of issues that would cost close to $5K to fix. This place is the absolute worst! I do not recommend anyone going here. My car got hit while in their parking lot, they did not tell me about it and they would not watch the cameras to see what happens !! I been calling for over a month and i get run arounds. I show up and they all play dumb. They will not fix it or watch the cameras. They also try and sell you services that you “Need” and either you do not need it or they wont even preform the service. Came in for an oil change at 10:30 am it is currently 2 pm, nearly 4 hours for an oil change.
