Came in for an oil change at 10:30 am it is currently 2 pm, nearly 4 hours for an oil change.

Terrible experience with this dealership. I brought in my 2025 Tacoma for an alignment and was told to come back because their machine needed an update. On my second visit, they promised they could do it using the 2024 specs, after wasting over 4 hours in the waiting room, they admitted they still couldn’t get it done. Two wasted trips, 8 hours gone, zero results. To make matters worse, I later found out they changed my home address in Toyota’s system to their dealership address without telling me.
